Kade got to meet Santa this year,
he was so excited!
Lucky for us he asked for the same thing
over and over, a castle.
And this is how he would explain it,
"A boy castle, not a pink one because pink is for girls."
I have never been a big
gingerbread house tradition person,
but I will be now!
Kade saw one on tv and from that moment on was,
"Let's make a cake house."
No matter how many times we told him it was a
gingerbread house, he would call it a cake house.

He couldn't figure out why Santa would just drop them off.
All season we kept telling him Santa was coming.
He wanted to see him!
It was so fun to watch his reactions.

There are a million of these in our neighborhood.
Kade was so excited to have one of his own.
As you can see we had a terrific Christmas!
